At Unizo, I was the Director of Innovation for 3 years and was responsible for a team of 20 people working on various aspects of innovation.

• Guidance for cities and municipalities – launch concept "Naar de Kern"
• Launch of entrepreneur trips to Copenhagen and Berlin
• Support for freelancers, self-employed professionals, and independent entrepreneurs
• Member campaigns and support for local member engagement
