The Triënnale Brugge is a triennial arts festival in Brugge. The organization is embedded within Brugge Plus, the organization that handles all events in the city. Within the organization, organizing a triennial event is highly specialized and not easy from an HR perspective.

For them, I carried out a completely different task: I conducted a full evaluation of the internal operations of the department. Following that, I developed several improvement scenarios and contributed to the creation of a strategic plan.
